Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds and replacements are handled for digital and physical products.


Digital Products (Ebooks & Audiobooks)

Digital items are delivered instantly via BookFunnel.

Because digital content cannot be returned, all digital sales are final and non-refundable once delivery is complete.

If you have trouble accessing your files, BookFunnel support will assist you:

Print-on-Demand Books (BookVault)

If your POD book arrives damaged or misprinted:

  • Contact us within 14 days, including photos
  • We will contact BookVault for a replacement
  • A new copy will be shipped at no additional cost

Replacements are provided for manufacturing defects only, not for buyer’s remorse.


Signed Books & Physical Merchandise

Signed copies and merchandise are shipped directly by the author.


We offer replacements for:

  • Items damaged in transit
  • Incorrect items received

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Customer address errors
  • Change of mind
  • Minor cosmetic variations
  • Delays caused by postal carriers

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once digital items have been delivered or physical items have shipped.
